I personally run with my partner. We do it when it is warm out, which is about 10-11 months a year in Texas. With the current weather, it is probably once a week/every other week. But usually we run 3 times a week. As with each winter, I am starting to plump up some.

So, how often do yall work out and are there times of the year you plump up as well?

As for me I workout 5 times per week, this consist heavy training 5 times and cardio training 4 times, usually 50 minutes (in the case of heavy training) and 20 minutes (in regard to cardio) per session. Luckily, a personal trainer is making me an ideal diet plan to bring out the best from my body in the next 12 weeks.

My partner and I go to the gym 4 days a week, 90% of the time, and 3 days a week the rest of the time.

We do the treadmill and machine weights.

I usually jog every morning. Last month I did this regularly. I even jog twice a day, one in the morning and one at night. Each jogging session last for about an hour and a half. But now, I'm kinda missing this routine. poor me.

Nobody in the world needs to work out that much apart from bodybuilders.

Gym, plus ride a bicycle everywhere, which is practical in a city. That's about 40 km a day, though.

I eat like a damned horse.

I run 10 miles every morning and work out with my trainer 5 days a week doing cardio and weight training. Really it is a 24 hours a day, you just have to have the mind set, watching what you eat, walking instead of driving, etc etc.

i try to activate every day even if it's just taking a brisk walk, and i found this to be a great guideline: http://www.cdc.gov/physicalactivity/basics/adults/index.htm

+ like someone above said it is a bit of a 24h mindset-thing; taking the stairs in big leaps, getting up from the computer to stretch or jump around frequently etc. just giving your body the best it deservesss  Cheers

I use life as my excercise... As of late, it's been forcing me to beef up my upper body. I have no set routine, and no set guideline....

Somehow using this method, in a little over a year, I have dropped from 245lbs down to only about 150lbs.... And I'm only 5'5" hehe.... Can you imagine what I was looking like back when I was in the 245 range? It wasn't very pretty to say the least.
