Depends what you're trying to do.  Lose fat, add muscle, increase cardio endurance, improve flexibility, etc?  I'll second both the YouTube and the watch your diet advice.  Some pretty quick and simple exercises you can do pretty much anywhere are jumping rope, jumping jacks, and burpees; and lots you can do with basic free weights too.  Usually a combination of different exercises, both strength training and cardio, along with cutting some junk out of your diet is the way to go.  Most important IMHO is to make a plan with some achievable goals and stick to it!

It all starts with the food! Get proteins

A good tip that i can give you is whenever you eat, do not go for sleep right after it. It will be converted into fat.
Try to put a time amount of at least 4 hours with doing something, like walking, before you go to sleep.

Basically, it's a mix of constant exercise and healthy food.

Don't get too stressed out if you miss out on one or treat yourself once in a while though. Losing weight is a long term thing.
