I just cooked lunch and as usual I waited too long, esp. since I skipped the breakfast.
I started too peel the potatoes when I was already hungry, knowing that it would take another 40 min till they are ready.
And I sometimes make mistakes then or don't pay attention enough or can't find the stuff. Well, I could eat a piece of bread for the blood-sugar but then I could do that in the first place and don't cook at all.
Anyway, I noticed in the end that out of pure automatism I prepared one part of the dish twice.
Or maybe I should check for Alzheimers?
