Hi everyone

This is quite an embrassing question but I don't have any gay friends etc...and I don't know who else to turn too.

I have a real issue getting "ready" for anal sex. I bought a sex toy (dildo) and when finished it came out dirty which I was so embrassed about. I researched about anal sex and after reading various websites I thought it would be a good idea to buy a douche. I followed the steps and once the water was cleared I decided to use my dildo ago but the same issue happned again. I douched again and the water wasn't clear. I just' don't know what to do as it happens every single time. I'm scared to death of going out or meeting any guys in case it leads to something and the promblem raise it's head again.

Can anyone suggest anything?

There is a douche attachment you can get for the shower which i find quite useful - (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Manzone-Aluminium-Shower-Douche-Colonic-Irrigation-Detox-Unisex-Same-Day-p-p-/111069165974

You swap it out for your normal shower head and clean out in the shower.  Make sure the water is not too hot or coming out too fast and you shouldn't have any problems cleaning out for anal.

Hope this helps...

1. You and probably all the other bottoms that will tell you some practical advices focus on the effect. I would actually focus on the source. Why is your hole so dirty ? How is your eating ? What do you eat ? Is it regular ? Are you allergic to anything ? My point is, I'm fucking stuck on like 5-days diarrhea right now and it's killing me. But when I stick to my diet
(I'm bodybuilding, so it's like 4-6 meals a day + protein shakes [always mixed with WATER not milk], mostly protein+fat and then protein+carbs in the evening. Besides this so called 'samurai diet' lets me avoid all not cool stuff like lactose, lectins and gluten etc.)
then I'm alright with pooping. It's pretty regular cause you're eating regular. Just don't treat yourself with junk food ok?

2. What to do about what's not coming but is still in there? Well I've heard about some herbal infusions that helps your fecal fragments that are attached to your intestine fall out. And that's good.

3. Another step could be also an enema. You haven't done that right? Douche is ok but it's only a water while enema has some ready chemical mixture in the package.

4. Don't have to say it I guess but yeah, just remember to always take a shower when you think there's a chance of you getting sex tonight. Just be sure to clean yourself down there.

5. If it comes to sex. Just don't stress it out. Really. Being stressed will only make your stomach worse and you might then have an dirty accident more probably. If the top fucks you and you feel uncomfortable or you might think something is happening just stop and go clean yourself. If he wants to go again - cool, if not - well you tried. If he does pull out his dick after and it will be a little dirty. We are in 21st century. That's natural really. Most of the tops (just don't hook up with randoms if you're not so confident with anal) will just tell you it's ok. It's really not a big deal for them. Dicks go brown. Life moves on. Not much of a case.

There is no 'one size fits all' for douching. Yes it could be diet related but once you get your technique sorted that's not a problem it just might take longer, and sometime yes it is time consuming!!! You might have to douche and then leave it an hour and go back in and check again etc.

You can actually 'over douche' you basically push too much water up there and it goes too deep which then results in you making things deeper up inside your intestine start to move down! You only want to clean your rectum so don't put too much water up there. This video might be a bit of a help but you basically need to practice... and sometimes 'shit happens' even to the best bottoms :-P

Although your diet MAY have something to do with it, I completely disagree with warpaint on his points, especially about not drinking milk or eating gluten. Milk should only be avoided if you're lactose intolerant and gluten should only be avoided if you have Celiac disease, otherwise these things can be eaten without problem. As someone who body-builds myself I can tell you milk is highly nutritious, low in calories, high in protein and good fat, and low in carbs, so it makes an excellent beverage versus all the other sugar filled crap people drink. I personally drink 1 - 2 Litres of milk a day and I have zero issues with my bowel movements. It's really only vegans/vegetarians and those who follow their pseudo-science based nonsense that believe milk and gluten is bad for everyone.

Now that that's out of the way, you're probably douching incorrectly, which is why there is left-over fecal matter in your colon. When you douche you should try to get a good amount of water into your colon and the water should be lukewarm or warm, but never hot or cold as this can cause sensitivity and other issues. What you want to do is fill up a decent sized douche (250-500mL) and insert it all the way in and squirtit gently into your colon. Depending on how much water you can hold, you'll want to keep adding water until you feel an intense pressure to expel the water.

It is EXTREMELY important that you lay down while doing this and that you are laying on your LEFT SIDE. This is because anatomically the colo-rectal tube does not go straight up, but makes a sharp 90 degree turn to the left side of your body. If you're leaning or tilting to your right, then the water will not be able to get into and clean out the entire colo-rectal tube and you'll have the very problem you're having - left over feces. So put a towel down, fill up your douche with warm water, lay down on your LEFT side and inset the douche completely and gently squirt the water in. Keep adding water until you feel that intense pressure. Then you need to lay there and hold the water in for 2 - 8 minutes (or as long as you can) and then expel the fecal matter into your toilet.

You'll keep doing this until the water coming out of your runs clear and you don't feel any more pressure in your lower abdomen like you need to poop. Typically it takes me anywhere from 20 - 40 minutes to complete a very good douching with the water that leaves my body running just as clear as the tap. If you follow my guide you should have no issues. And although I said earlier I doubt your diet is the culprit, it may be good to include more fibre into your diet as this will help, but you don't need to only eat certain foods in order to have a successful douching session. After you're done, and it's done properly, you should be clear to have sex for the next 6 - 12 hours without any issues or worries about something being in there or being dirty. Take a good shower after you're done and wash your hole well, this will ensure zero scent of feces in the area and the top that's with you will be very grateful (if he's a good top and understands what it means to properly bottom).

Good luck! Hope this helped!

I have to refer to this.
I didn't actually told him to not eat those things. I just wrote in the bracket that I don't do it. So don't be mistaken. My point was - don't eat junk food, eat healthy. And you can't disagree on that. You just can't.
If it's about me. Milk - well yeah should be avoided if you're lactose intolerant. The thing is in Poland everyone drinks milk but 90% of us are lactose intolerant Smiley So we actually handle it but we shouldn't. But that's for Polish people. Of course natural milk is better than sugar filled crap, nothing to add. But it does actually have some influence on you. Maybe it depends on ethinicity okay. I can't describe you in details and on anathomy or chemical reactions why it does but my ex-bf is bodybuilding for like 13 years already and he and his friends know things like that from studies or trainings and I just trust them can't explain you though. It's just fair belief. But I use coconut milk and rice-almond milk instead and I don't think it's lossy. It's like replacing standard oil with coconut oil.
If it's about gluten of course you can eat it if you're not gluten intolerant. But as I said I'm during the "samurai diet' and I just avoid it. If I can do it I will but it's not like I'm saying to everyone DON'T EAT GLUTEN YOU FUCKER. Cause I get the idea of that's how I came across to you ? Nah of course it's not like that. I'm not the kind of person that would go to the restaurant with my own meal container. I just treat gluten as cheat meal. Maybe in few months I will do another diet and it will all change Smiley But yeah for know I believe my friends and if it makes my body a little better and healthier - I'll take it.
If you would say that vegans or vegetarians sow unrest here and there and mostly are blinded by unprecised convictions I would be on your side. They base on a lot of nonsense actually. Recently I heard that meat is harmful. I laughed. Then I cried. Cause stupidity really hurts sometimes. On the other hand my aunt is vegeterian because she just can't stand the killing and she doesn't want to take part of it. But she tries to replace it with seafood and fish and she really counts her macro and uses veggies wisely to fill all the vitamins she need and stuff. So there can be wise vegs too but overall I would say yeah, most of them are deluded.

And I'm really sorry for overriding the topic. Sorry OP.

I actually really appreciate that you took the time to write such a long response and clarify your position. I apologize for jumping to conclusions about what you said without having you elaborate further, my apologies. Everything you put in this post though, I totally agree with and I get that same reaction when I hear someone tell me meat is unhealthy. I seriously cannot fathom the stupidity of some people sometimes. And again I apologize for lumping you in with the vegan and vegetarian loonie-bins who know absolutely nothing about proper nutrition or what our bodies actually need to function properly. I won't make this post any longer, because it doesn't relate to the original posters question, but I did want to convey and admit I was wrong for jumping on you like that.

Hmm, I've never tried the lying on the side thing while douching.

Anyhow, yeah, diet.  Just mix a spoonful of Megafiber (check Mercury Drug) with half a glass of water then drink another glass of just water before a meal a day before you're going to clean out.
