Hey guys! Just been thinking about it lately. We know masturbation is cool and I hope we all love it. But it surely takes a lot of energy. Masturbating just before working out is a pure suicide. You won't have any energy to properly work out and stuff. I personally few times just couldn't keep hands of my dick and postponed a workout a little bit. But is there any relationship between masturbation and working out directly. I was wondering about two things. First, does it actually count as a mini workout ? To be honest I bust a nut since I was little and my biceps is 1 cm bigger than the other. Second, does it affect testosterone much ? I mean can a daily or even more than daily masturbation be a cause of low DHT level? Or is it a bullshit ?

a rough estimation ( depending how long you do it how you do it) it only consumes about 100-150 calories.. so not much at all. otherwise there would be no fat wanker  Grin

ur right bicep is bigger than ur left because ur dominant hand is ur right. and u dont only masturbate with that but do everything with it. so its irrelevant.
now considering working out it has to do with hormones. after ejaculation its normal to want to sleep. so u just have to wait till after ure done with the gym (or maybe in the gym, why not?)

You're talking about the cardio though. Following the same logic you would think I think there are no guys with big hands and belly. Cardio and burning fat has a little to do with actual strength workout in terms of calories. I thought about masturbating the same way you for example lift a small barbell. That's an exercise then.

Here's the catch. My right biceps isn't bigger. The left is. I masturbate with left hand. I'm not really left handed though as I write or play instruments dedicated for right handed.

As fun as it would be if masturbation could be considered even as a mini-workout- it is a stretch and will do you no favors in terms of weight loss. It's a nice bit of cardio I guess, and it gets your heart rate up- but can never be a substitute for actual exercise.

As for testosterone levels- there will be an immediate, temporary drop after you ejaculate- but it recovers quickly with rates being affected by your age and fitness levels.
