Seventy-two percent of U.S. adults think America should take â€śaggressive actionâ€ť against global warming caused by climate change, according to a new poll.
Forty-six percent in the Reuters/Ipsos survey released Tuesday â€śstrongly agreeâ€ť the U.S. should take â€śaggressive actionâ€ť on climate change, while 26 percent â€śsomewhat agree.â€ť
Eighteen percent disagree, with 8 percent â€śstronglyâ€ť disagreeing and 10 percent â€śsomewhatâ€ť disagreeing. Ten percent were unsure.
Pollsters found 47 percent disagree with President Trumpâ€™s recent decision to remove the U.S. from the Paris climate agreement, while 39 percent agree with Trumpâ€™s decision. Fifteen percent were uncertain.
