Any ass clown that thinks that wearing their granny's clip on earrings makes them trans, is a fucking idiot.    The same goes with so many other things we've been seeing the last 10+ years.

It would help you a great deal to be taken seriously and with consideration in your posts, raph, if you were not so Willfully-Ignorant and -Stupid.

You bring more irrational HATRED to this Forum then anyone else's posts I have read on this site.

Just sayin'.

Nice of you to pop into this thread just to flame me.

police Ya might want to check the rules before posting again.  police

This thread epitomizes what is wrong with this board. What started as a discussion of a current event deteriorated into unsubstantiated and inflammatory generalizations.  It is wrong to say "conservatives are against free speech," but it is incendiary to say, "all liberals are scum."
Neither remark furthers the issue of the OP.

Liberals like to whine about posts, yet not a single liberal reported a post that clearly violated the rules by a person who jumped in to the thread solely to flame me.

Where are the 40 reported posts I'd get if the same thing was done to a liberal?

I can't share the perspective of a moderator.  Personally, I didn't read the post because the thread was old and there was a newer one by mhorndisk on the same play. Again you are making assumptions about the behavior of others. I find that really annoying. But, I suspect you are speaking from experience.

BTW, i have a message for the  police
The links "show unread posts since last visit" and "show new replies to your posts" next to your avatar in he upper left of the forum page  work erratically.  I have diligently clicked on both when visiting the forum and I missed the flaming post in this thread.  This is not the only time something like that has happened.  I have taken to skimming the entire board to make sure I haven't missed anything.  The "new" flag works well.
Do I need to log out of the site and log back in for this to work properly?

I don't know which post you are talking about but why would someone report a post about the moderator to the moderator?

Quote
There is no way in hell that they would ever get away with depicting an assassination of Obama.
BTW, a different group did, in 2012, again in a production of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar.  I don't remember liberals having a meltdown.
http://www.bizjournals.com/newyork/news/2017/06/12/outrage-over-a-trump-caesar-play.html

Comparing the two plays is like comparing apples to oranges.  The Trump version had a look-a-like of Trump, the Obama version had a black guy that looked nothing like Obama.  The Trump version was in NYC and viewed by a tremendous number of people (Trump always draws the big crowds) whereas the Obama version was in a rather obscure Minneapolis location.  There was MASSIVE media coverage (being that the media is 95% liberal biased) of the Trump version, whereas the Obama version was ignored by the media, and nobody really heard about it (try finding any video of it - good luck!).   The Trump version portrayed "Cesar" in an extremely negative and degrading way, whereas the Obama version portrayed "Cesar" as the victim being stabbed by "evil conservatives" including a Mitch McConnell look-a-like.

And again.. putting all that aside.. it's back to Moonbat logic.. where they think it is OK to attack Trump - because they did something to Obama too.  That is complete nonsense.  The incessant, vicious attacks on Trump are a 100 times as  severe as anything done to Obama.

Your point is well taken.  The post was by bostonpolar who was not on this thread before,  He received an official  police-------- police reprimand for not following Forum rules which ban popping into a thread just to flame someone.

Because your an idiot.. that keeps badgering the moderator, and trying to cause problems.  You also continue to flood the forum with your off-topic spam.

While this message of mine is also off-topic, I just got done posting a lengthy, illuminating, repudiation of the topic at hand  in this thread.

When have I ever badgered the moderator?

I also barely start any threads.  You have me beat by a LOT!  Are you off your meds again?

It appears someone is back to their ad hominem logic again.

Oh, and I believe the rule popping into a post just to flame was just broken, no? Oh moderator!

Yeah.. you just broke that rule.. again.. and in the same comment complained about it.  You are less than worthless.  Is that ad hominem enough for you?

EDIT:  Please see my correction below in another post

Sorry, Fred, No rules broken on either side.  Ad hominem attacks are lame, but not forbidden.  You, by definition, cannot "pop in" to a topic you have created.  You just have proven your own childishness by returning an inappropriate ad hominem attack with one of your own.
You both have shown how responses get out of hand and away from the OP.

Can you answer my question, posted earlier in this thread, about the show new replies to your posts and show unread posts from your last visit links?

PPPUCCI has edited a quote making it appear that I had said it, when in fact Sutieday said it!   That is the ultimate in rule breaking!

CORRECTION;
Sorry, I thought that was adam, not sutieday. I hate quoting within quotes multiple times, and got confused with all the deletions. Sorry.  I will include all the quotes here for clarity.

My original response holds true however, with one minor change

Sorry, Fred, No rules broken on either side.  Ad hominem attacks are lame, but not forbidden.  You, by definition, cannot "pop in" to a topic you have created are already participating in.  You just have proven your own childishness by returning an inappropriate ad hominem attack with one of your own.
You both have shown how responses get out of hand and away from the OP.

Can you answer my question, posted earlier in this thread, about the show new replies to your posts and show unread posts from your last visit links?

It must be some sort of glitch.

Are you not getting NEW next to threads with new posts?

The new flag works reliably, but the link "read new replies to your posts" often omits threads with new content

Try a full log out and  log back in.

If it's still broken, make a thread in the forum support section so I can show it to Joker.

It seems to be working now.  It may have to due with the log in timeout. Interestingly, if iI have been logged in for a while, when I create a forum post,   am never prompted to log back in, However if I immediately after try to access a torrent, I have to log back in again.
I will try to reproduce this and let you know,
