Hobbies, activities, even getting drunk doesn't work.
Any ideas?

If you into travel (if not give it a go), try research about your next destination, then come your annual leave time you are fully prepared for the trip and you will have a blast. Trying to cook a new dish, learn a new skill? Even volunteering or adopt/host dogs that are in desperate needs.

This one is a bit materialistic, but if you like something whether it's shoes, sunglasses, cars etc, trying to save up and buy the next/better one

Don't you get more tired from boredom than from work?
