Well I was just posting this to see if anyone has any ideas to help me with my social anxiety issues relating to dancing
I love going out and I love music but I just can't get myself to dance, I feel like everyone will judge me and make fun of the way I move.
In the past I used to get drunk and dance but it's not something I want to keep doing.
For example I feel very stiff and uncomfortable when I have to dance like my body is just all tense, I just thought that it's not for me but every time I listen to music I feel the urge to dance, I'm just too afraid to actually do it in public
I can't even tap my foot in public when I hear music lol that's how serious this is
Any advice would be appreciated
