I thought GQ stood for "Gentleman's Quarterly"
Apparently it stands for "Ghetto Quarterback"

I do like Colin's pig police socks though.

Go, Quietly.

I wish there were a button to tag messages as SPAM.
And if the message is not actually spam, then the person doing the tagging gets tagged for a false report.

What makes your unfunny opening -- with racial overtones about Kapernick and the ghetto -- any more deserving of inclusion than my honest suggestion of what to do with this type of drivel?

Good Question!

I think clowns are funny.   When someone has a volume of hair that is 5 times the volume of their head, that is FUNNY!   Doped Banana

Actually, this is closer to SPAM.

Flozen answered your question. The title asks what GQ stands for and he answered you.

In a debate forum, you made no call for a debate. You didn't bring anything up for discussion. At best, this should be in the humor section as you're trying to be funny. Unless you're looking for a chorus of people who agree with you, there is not potential for debate or discussion here, just insults.

Without a direct and blatant call for debate, clearly there is a call for debate here.

Does Colin deserve to be MAN OF THE YEAR of GQ or anything for that matter?

We can quibble if you like but anyone coming through the forums who read the original post won't comes away with "clearly". My evidence? 31 people, as of now, have looked at this post and only four have posted and only you, R, have asked a legitimate question worthy of debate.

Its so absurd that Colon Crapondick would wind up as the "Man Of The Year" of GQ that I can't conceive of anybody supporting that.  But then again...  half the country is in love with crooked Hillary Clinton, and I can't conceive of anybody supporting that monster either.

I have no interest in the top or I'd read it and engage. To me, he made a choice and is paying for it. I do hope he doesn't get signed and I hope I don't have to look at him anymore -- VERY not my type.

The "top"?   I don't know what you mean by the "top".

I think they got rid of Colon because his skills were slipping.  He may have intentionally decided to make himself as radical and absurd as possible to get attention and play the martyred "race card" to try and save his career that was going down the drain.

Sorry, that should have been TOPIC.

You might be right about him. It's an interesting take nonetheless. As far as sports go, unless I think he's handsome, I won't have any interest.  Grin

What a player looks like is something unique to football.. because with all that body armor on.. and those helmets.. if they didn't have their names and numbers on their jerseys - who could tell them apart?   I remember once I was looking at the website of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers - where they had a gallery of face photos of their players.  I know that there is a highly disproportionate number of one race in football, but the coach in 2015 was ridiculous!  His name was "Lovie Smith" and he had an agenda to replace any remaining white players on the team with black ones.  As I recall, the only white players left were those that were rarely if ever on the field.   The current coach is Dick Cutter or something like that.  I wonder if he does circumcisions?
