Hey there, folks! Help me out here.
I'm currently writing a short story about a jock-type guy who goes to the gym every day and takes steroids. I don't know anything about weight lifting and body building, so my question: How could a realistic daily work-out routine look like for such a guy? How much weight does he lift, how long does he spend at the gym every day, what kind of exercises does he do, etc... the more detailed the information, the more helpful.
Or maybe you can just point me towards an existing exercise routine somewhere on the web that seems realistic for such a guy?
