That is the WISCONSIN Senate.. not the US Senate.  The Wisconsin Senate means NOTHING outside of Wisconsin. 

Is that a photoshopped image of Barack Obama and Michael wearing "Make The Senate Blue Again" hats?  The reason I ask is.. I have not seen a photo of Barack and Michael together since the 2016 election.
