Hi guys, i have been reading alot lately that its a waste of time to lose weight . Which means they say just do the muscle workout the weight will go as you do that.
I do cardio and it gets boring fast , doing treadmill or cross trainer for an hour. Do any of you do any other cardio workouts that are good?
And do you believe its true that cardio for loosing weight is wasting time ?
There is so much overflow on information that you dont know whats true anymore.
You need to do cardio, "muscle" (resistance training), and
a healthy diet. Don't do crash-dieting and instead, eat at a small calorific deficit with high amounts of lean protein.
