I just happen to like the name but it should apply to all propaganda.

Basically there exist patterns of dishonest speech.
When somebody knowingly or habitually uses different ways to abuse limitations of somebody's brain.

In short: logical fallacies and cognitive biases.

For example a lot of anti-white propaganda can go into among other things.

"People who share this conviction believe that success, especially economic success, is possible only at the expense of other people’s failures."

Also use of volume and irrelevant references is popular (use of limits on speed of thinking and size of working memory).

I think that the key ingredient is use of any emotions that can override judgement.
Without this the product is cheap.

I see at least three problems with this communist speech:
- it sounds good for some people
- it sounds ok for other people
- there has to be something else behind it that it conceals

what are you after here exactly? that there shouldnt exist any propaganda? because that is as much of a fantasy as a feasible communist society.
