State Certifications and Lawsuits - what is not resolved as of December 1, 2020?
-
Seems all or most of the states are required to have certification done by the end of November (December 1 for Wisconsin).
A judge froze voting machines in three Georgia counties.
Are there any lawsuits still alive?
What else is there before the Electoral College Vote on December 14, 2020?
-
Yea, there's still lawsuits alive. You act like the dude out in roaming who hasn't seen civilization in weeks. There are over 200 in Nevada right now. Hey! Wake up Bro! Did CNN or FOX not tell you? Maybe you should get your info from somewhere else…
-
Over 200? Can you link to any one of them specifically on the Nevada court docket?
-
Already posted this. Guess you're not paying attention. Maybe everything is just too much for you. The idea that I can say there are hundreds of lawsuits going on currently, and you can't seem to find one… more gaslighting. You're lying. The information is all right there.

Sydney Powell wants all the machines in GA frozen and tested.

Time for an update on this topic.
Safe Harbor has been reached as of yesterday.
Texas AG Ken Paxton filed a suit against battleground states. At most, his efforts might get him a presidential pardon against the securities fraud charges and maybe get the FBI to stop breathing down his neck with the current investigations.
Edit to add this item related to Safe Harbor: YouTube said Wednesday it will begin removing any videos that falsely claim widespread voting fraud changed the outcome of the 2020 presidential race now that the deadline for states to resolve disputes over the results has passed.

Social media is determined to continue to help the DNC, so I'm not surprised.
Social media allows the left to violate their rules, but immediately ban those on the right for things that don't even happen on their platforms.

Supreme Court rejects lawsuit from Texas and Trump to overturn the election.
The Supreme Court acted with unusual speed to reject a bid from Texas’ attorney general— supported by President Trump — to block the ballots of millions of voters in battleground states that went in favor of President-elect Joe Biden.
The court’s move to dismiss the challenge is the strongest indication yet, that Trump has no chance of overturning election results in court that even the justices who he placed on the Supreme Court have no interest in allowing his legal bids to continue.
-
So, the SCOTUS is saying that the constitution means nothing.
-
That is not what SCOTUS is saying. They have ruled that Texas lacked standing.
The Supreme Court issued orders on December 11, 2020, declining to hear the case on the basis that Texas lacked standing under Article III of the Constitution to challenge the results of the election held by another state.
All but one of Trump's lawsuits have not gone his way. Why? No valid actual proof, just mostly conspiracies and soon-to-be-deleted false-news YouTube videos.
What is true however, is that Trump followers are going to be a problem for a long time even after Trump is off golfing somewhere.
-
What they ruled is that states do not have to follow the US constitution and that other states do not have standing to sue them to follow it.
Texas does have standing, because their refusal to obey the constitution directly affects everyone.

After the Electoral Vote tomorrow (Monday December 14, 2020) the next hurdle is January 6, 2021.
If a Senator and a House member jointly submit an objection, each House would retire to its chamber to consider it.
Could be possible a Republican Senator and a Republican Representative together submit an objection to the results, but the effort will likely fail because neither party has control of both the Senate and the House of Representatives.

Don't matter. We the People know that there was massive, widespread, systemic fraud, period. We know it. Say whatever you want. We're NEVER going to drop this blatantly self-evident, treasonous fraud. Ever. There is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that there was fraud. I don't care if your media tells you otherwise, or your courts tell you otherwise, or you say otherwise. I DON'T CARE. The People can overturn any judge. The media is a liar. And you, are not the authority. This is the line in the sand and we will not stand for it. I'm not having no fucking Biden trying to forcibly stick me with an untested vaccine. These people are corrupt, it's obvious, and you are now the enemy. Sorry. You made yourself that way. This is how far you go. The end is here.

No surprises with the Electoral Vote, just Hawaii to finish at the time of this post.
January 5 and 6, 2021 are the next two important dates coming up.
Senate Majority Whip John Thune said that Joe Biden is President-elect once he crosses 270 electoral votes and says efforts to challenge the results in Congress are “not going anywhere.” He said “it’s time for everybody to move on” after today.
