Him this will be fast - i bet you will immediately send links to better sections or where my questions are already answered, so i always wanted to be bigger guy, i am 178 cm tall, but my weight.. 57 kilo... And about 10 minutes ago i saw guy my age and his shoulders were massive, he went from college dorm gym. I thought i should finally do something. But whenever i want to go to work out, i chicken out (i hope i wrote it alright). I think it is because i once went to small gym and when i said i want to start workout out the guy laughed at me:/ so my questions - how start, should i find personal trainer? how to find nice place with nice people, what time is best - when there arent a lot of people, costs, what is normal, what is too much? should i start alone at home because i am huge noob right now? and everythink you want to tell me

Start doing push-ups in the bedroom every day when you wake up.

Do as many as you can each time.

Then do some more before lunch and dinner.

If you can't start there and stick to it signing up for a gym or personal trainer will probably be a waste of money.

I would get a personal trainer. They will help you immensely. Trust me on this one.

I agree that they can be a huge help.

But do you really need to pay for the most basic advice to find out if it is something you will stick with?

I know too many people that basically have to pay someone else to motivate them. Many end up resenting it and quit when the contract is up.

If you do go the trainer / gym route don't get sucked in to contracts.

If you have the desire and self discipline to do some basic physical activity regularly and you want to take it to the next level then start paying for professional help and equipment.

Other wise spend that money on a 'Life Coach' and get to the point where you can self motivate and stick to short / medium / long term goals.

yes a good whey is ok because it builds proteins... do it after intense work out..but also do some diet..avoid fatty and sweet foods.

You should get some creatine supplement and take approximately 5 grams a day. Here's a handy article to fill you in on what it does: https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drobson181.htm. It's cheap and it's been heavily researched to vouch for its effectiveness, so I don't think you can go wrong with it. Well, that is if you don't take it with sufficient water or if you actually have allergies to creatine.

Oh, and you may want to check out bodylastic resistance bands. They're cheaper than weights and it does offer more versatility.
