try 25 minutes cardio 4 day per week for 1 month...then make it 15 minutes 3 times perday and keep on healthy diet

if u want a faster result, try intermittent fasting. eat anything within a window period then fast.

Loosing belly fat isn't a easy job. You can try abs workouts followed by some dance maybe. You can try having hot water with lemon and honey as soon as you get up in the morning.

this. you could use simple calorie counter apps everyday and it becomes a habit/routine

Do the following:
  • Run in the morning
  • Start a Keto Diet
  • Keep track of your calories and micronutrients using an app like My Fitness Pal
  • Use yohimbe once you're under 20%
