Loosing belly fat isn't a easy job. You can try abs workouts followed by some dance maybe. You can try having hot water with lemon and honey as soon as you get up in the morning.

Do the following:
  • Run in the morning
  • Start a Keto Diet
  • Keep track of your calories and micronutrients using an app like My Fitness Pal
  • Use yohimbe once you're under 20%

Lyle McDonald states in, The Ketogenic Diet (available in https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=e08952904f6e02e6f9c0149e2b075c370ec532af6500ee62),
  • "However, morning cardio is a tried and true method for precontest fat loss, and may be a strategy worth trying, especially coupled with the herbal supplement yohimbe (see chapter 31). In theory, performing aerobics on an empty stomach first thing in the morning will maximize utilization of body fat, rather than using dietary fat."
  • Since alpha receptors inhibit fat mobilization, a
substance which inhibits these receptors will increase fat mobilization (2). By inhibiting the
inhibitors, the overall response is an increase. The primary substance which can be used to
inhibit alpha-receptors is an herb called yohimbe, discussed below.

The Gear Monster Guide to Supplements (also available in https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=e08952904f6e02e6f9c0149e2b075c370ec532af6500ee62) recommends applying yohimbe topically for stubborn fat areas. See Attached image

From an exercise standpoint, crunches, and from a dietary standpoint, making sure you keep your caloric intake around, say, 1,500 calories until you methodically lose the belly weight.

And the alcohol and refined sugar has to go!!!

Try salads with nutrient-dense, low-calorie broccoli slaw as its foundation, with turkey or chicken as protein.  Use flavored vinegars for a dressing, but keep the oil out.  (A few salad olives are fine and good).

Run Forest, Run.

Also, drink plenty of water and shit everyday, even if you need any "medicine help"

The balance between food and exercise. Physical activity doesnt need to target the belly for you to lose weight in that area. Get moving, eat better, and you will see a change. But fast/quick isnt possible. It just isnt  Its a process

This article appeared on msn yesterday.  It proposes High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for belly fat, and answers questions like:

"Why Is HIIT Better than Cardio for Burning Belly Fat?"

So, hope it's worth a read.
